Speed up or slow down your audio files online for free. Change playback speed from 0.25× (quarter speed) to 4× (quadruple speed) with optional pitch preservation. Supports MP3, WAV, FLAC, M4A, OGG and other audio formats up to 200MB. No registration, no software, no watermarks.

How to Change Audio Speed:

  1. Upload: Choose an audio file from your device or paste a URL.
  2. Set speed: Use the slider or enter a multiplier value (e.g. 1.5 = 50% faster).
  3. Choose mode: Check "Preserve pitch" to keep the original tone, or uncheck for pitch shifting.
  4. Process: Click "Change speed!" and download the result.

Two Speed Modes

  • Preserve pitch (default): Changes speed without altering the tone of the audio. Music stays in the same key, voices remain natural. Uses time-stretching technology.
  • Shift pitch: Changes both speed and pitch together. Speeding up raises pitch (chipmunk effect), slowing down lowers pitch (deep voice effect). Like playing a record at the wrong speed.
